Good way to re program the thought process of your brain

This app does the job of starting ones day off on a positive note. Would just like no adds and not have to pay for it.

This app is simple and does the job. I read one every morning and it has only been a week but I feel that the daily affirmations are already changing my outlook and presence for the better. Highly recommended!

I like this app because it is simple to use, has enough affirmations to help me stay positive and it does not become repetitive. I like the fact that I can save my favourite affirmations and just read those when I need a little pick-me-up

App is full of generic platitudes that can harm rather than help individuals. Eg) the phrase "my body is full of endless energy" when someone is dealing with chronic fatigue just looking for something else to hold on to Might want to re-evaluate the purpose of daily affirmations

Easy to use app with quick affirmations to confess to keep your self esteem positive daily. The affirmation are set on beautiful backgrounds to set a peaceful environment.

Simple Positive Affirmations for free, the ads are not annoying at all.

Opens then immediately goes to background. Will not stay in the foreground but for one second. Funny no one else reports this issue.
